2020 Year in Review

2020 was an extraordinary year that brought new challenges to middle market clients in special situations across every industry segment - especially restaurants, retail, consumer products, healthcare, food service and distribution. New tools and ingenuity were required to navigate public health and travel restrictions, remote diligence and site visits, government support programs, alternative deal structures, virtual auctions, online court hearings, and liquid capital markets. We put our extensive experience to work helping financially and operationally challenged companies maximize value for stakeholders and preserve businesses and jobs. Creative solutions and tenacity borne of experience enabled SSG to execute multiple complex transactions during the global pandemic.
