Merchandising
We define merchandising as the presentation of product for sale or promotion at the right venue and time. This can be at the retail points of sale, airports, visitor centers or any number of places where people gather. The presentation of information, product and packaging all come together to engage and educate the customer, reinforce the brand, and often encourage an impulse purchase.
