Fred Lusignan, President

Fred's involvement in Rhode Island advertising literally began in the shipping department where his keen eye for color quickly propelled him to the position of production manager for Tri-Color, one of New England’s largest four-color film separation companies. From there, he spent 5 years as production manager with a leading B2B agency before partnering with Chuck to create Communication Arts Group. He now heads up all business functions for the firm as well as servicing many of its accounts.

On a not entirely unrelated note, Fred is also now officially an inventor. California-based educational toy manufacturer Educational Insights is marketing Fred’s brainchild Digitz, a fun and challenging electronic board game designed to teach kids multiplication and division.

 

Chuck Lusignan, VP/Creative Director

Chuck has been involved in the local advertising community for nearly 30 years, more than 20 as co-founder and creative director of CA Group.

He has been responsible for the creation of award-winning marketing and design solutions for a diverse list of local and national accounts, including Hasbro, Textron Financial, Allied Signal, Avery Dennison, Lifespan, University of RI, Community College of RI, Roger Williams Medical Center, United Way, Deck House, and North Safety Products.

Chuck has also played a key role in the creation and development of several new brands including NeuroHealth, Freedom National Bank, The RI Free Clinic, and Sunsmith sunglasses.
